Applications
1. As an Additive
WP-325 can be incorporated into waterborne styrene-acrylic emulsions and waterborne polyurethane systems to significantly improve adhesion to challenging substrates such as:
PP, BOPP, PET, and Nylon
Recommended Dosage: 5–15% of the total formulation.

2. As a Primer
WP-325 can be used as a water-based primer for direct application on various material surfaces, providing an immediate boost in adhesion.
Preparation:
Dilute with pure water at a 1:6–8 ratio (WP-325 : water).
Apply via spraying, roll coating, or brushing.
Tip for Improved Performance:
Add a small amount of water-based wetting agent (e.g., Tego® 425) to reduce surface tension of the diluted primer, minimize surface defects during application, and enhance substrate wetting and adhesion.
