T-7118 resin is suitable for coatings and ink products that require LED long-wavelength and low-energy curing. The resin's very low viscosity reduces monomer usage while solving the problem of oxygen inhibition. It reacts at a rate similar to that of highly functional hyperbranched polyester acrylates while maintaining very low volume shrinkage. T-7118 resin is widely used in UV solvent-free spraying, roller coating, UV inkjet printing, nail polish and other fields.

 

 

 

T-7118 resin is an ideal choice for the nail polish industry. It is especially suitable for LED light sources. It has excellent surface dryness and can effectively resist oxidation and polymerization. The resin has a very low viscosity and forms a soft film that exhibits excellent adhesion to human nails. It can be used as the primary resin in primers or as a replacement for monomers in sealing systems. T-7118 resin is also the main component of UV inkjet printing ink. Its low acid value does not cause damage to the nozzle, while exhibiting excellent pigment wetting and adhesion to a variety of materials. In addition, T-7118 resin is widely used in UV coating, solvent-free spraying of LED cured wood coatings, and roller coating of film and paper.
