Polyurethane Acrylate UV Resin T-7138H

T-7138H resin is recommended for use on surfaces of organic and inorganic materials that are difficult to adhere to, such as glass, ceramics, oxidized metals, etc. Has faster reaction speed and relatively high surface hardness. In float glass, the surface of tempered glass not only has excellent adhesion, but also has strong scratch resistance. It has good boiling water resistance (no need to rely on coupling agents) and extremely low shrinkage. Better temperature resistance (temperature resistance 200-220°C), used in inks such as circuit board wave soldering at instantaneous high temperatures, wine bottle decals and paper cured at high temperatures.

T-7138H is used as a high-temperature UV adhesive and can provide the most ideal bonding strength and water resistance. It does not contain monomers, has no irritating odor, and has fast curing and low shrinkage. In the application field of UV coatings, it is used as the main resin of vacuum electroplating UV primer for glass packaging products and BMC car lamp coatings with high temperature requirements. It has the best adhesion performance and excellent water boiling resistance. In the application field of UV ink, it is used in UV screen printing ink of organic and inorganic materials to enhance its adhesion performance. Roller coating or offset printing ink for metal printing has excellent high temperature resistance and retort test results.
