Polymer: The adhesion performance of VILLON 210S to organic and inorganic materials is completely better than that of hydroxy acrylic and epoxy coatings, and it has excellent strength, toughness and chemical resistance.Cytec 303LF amino resin. High solid alkoxy amino resin, excellent catalytic stability; excellent hardness/flexibility balance. The type of amino resin is critical to cure performance and salt spray testing. Should be selected for specific requirements.The amount of NACURE -2500 acid catalyst added is related to the curing reaction temperature. Test the most suitable additive concentration to meet the curing requirements.
Solvent: Soluble in single esters, ketone solvents, and mixed solvents containing aromatic hydrocarbons.
Dispersion: High-speed stirring can disperse and dissolve the resin well, but sufficient shear force and resin concentration must be ensured. Heating will promote dissolution of the resin.
