APPLICATION
Additives:
Used in water-based styrene acrylic emulsion and water-based polyurethane system, it can enhance the adhesion of materials such as PP, BOPP, PET, nylon, etc. The recommended addition amount is 5-15% of the total formula. It has good compatibility, dries quickly, does not reduce the hardness of the formula system, and enhances water resistance.
Primer:
As a water-based primer, it is directly applied to the surface of various materials to improve the adhesion performance more directly. Dilute with the ratio of additives: pure water 1:6-8, and apply by spraying, pouring, and rolling. By adding water-based surface wetting agents (such as tego425), the surface tension of the diluent is reduced, and the surface defects of the construction are reduced. Enhance the wetting effect on the material and enhance the adhesion performance.
