Low Refractive Index Fluorine Modified UV Curable Resin T-6135

T-6135 resin is a two-functional fluorine-modified acrylate UV resin with the lowest refractive index and wide adhesion adaptability. Coatings used for PET (polyethylene terephthalate) or TAC (triacetyl cellulose) films, commonly used to protect modern multi-layer LCDs. It cures quickly, has good surface dryness, and is suitable for LED low-energy curing. The paint film is soft and can be well miscible with various resins and monomers.

Due to its special high fluorine-containing structure, T-6135 resin has the characteristics of good leveling, good heat resistance, low refractive index, etc. In terms of weather resistance, chemical resistance, high corrosion resistance, etc. They all have comprehensive advantages that ordinary light-curing optical fiber coating resins cannot match, and are optical fiber coating products with ideal comprehensive performance. T-6135 resin is recommended as the main resin for UV coatings, inks, and adhesives in the field of functional films and optical materials with low refractive index requirements, such as special optical fiber coatings, anti-reflective coatings, optical anti-reflective coatings for military and medical applications, etc.
