Formulation & Handling Tips

Critical recommendation: Because T‑6134NS is highly crosslinked and contains high inorganic content, it tends to exhibit high shrinkage, high internal stress, and brittleness. For best results, always blend with low‑functionality acrylates to improve toughness, flexibility, and adhesion.

Coating & curing conditions

Substrate compatibility

Excellent on glass, PET, PC, PMMA when properly primed or blended with adhesion‑promoting resins.

For polyolefin films (e.g., PP, PE), a primer or higher‑content adhesion resin is recommended.


Handling & Storage

Store in original, opaque container at 5 – 35 °C, away from direct light and heat.

Avoid prolonged exposure to UV or daylight.

Shelf life: 12 months from date of manufacture when stored properly.
