AMK-75 Titanate Crosslinker

 

It can cross-link with active groups such as hydroxyl and carboxyl in the substrate and ink and coating to form bridges, increase the molecular weight, and thus improve many properties such as heat resistance, chemical resistance, water resistance, and dryness. The resin and substrate finally improve the adhesion of ink and coating through the bridging effect of titanate. If the cross-linking reaction is to be completed in a short time, the system can be heated to above 60℃ after coating. It is particularly suitable for baking alcohol-soluble inks and coatings to improve the adhesion, heat resistance, and chemical resistance to plastic substrates. It can also be used for surface treatment of some fillers and fibers.

 

MP-397 Isocyanate Silane Coupling Agent

 

Used as a crosslinker and adhesion promoter in coatings, inks, and adhesives. Excellent wet adhesion properties make it widely used on glass, metal, and other inorganic substrates; it can also adhere well to organic materials that are difficult to adhere to, such as nylon and other plastic products. It can hydrolyze quickly in the presence of atmospheric humidity, does not turn yellow, and has very good thermal stability, chemical stability, and UV stability. Suitable polymers: acrylic, silicone resin (Si), PU-prepolymer, etc.

 

MP-321 Silicone resin modifier

 

It is reactive with amino, hydroxyl, carboxyl, epoxy and other multifunctional groups to promote adhesion and moisture and heat resistance. It is also effective in thermoplastic formulations and light-curing systems. It can achieve significant performance improvement with a lower addition amount in formulations that have been baked at high temperatures and contain cross-linking groups. The high molecular weight water-soluble cellulose containing hydroxyl groups can have excellent boiling resistance and adhesion after modification. Silicon alcohol is added to amino or epoxy group formulations to improve long-term corrosion resistance and salt spray resistance. It can also adhere to chemical plating surfaces such as oxidized metals. It has excellent compatibility with epoxy resins, phenolic resins, melamine, acrylic acid, polyurethane, silicone, etc. High-temperature baking at 260°C does not affect the gloss and color vividness. It is used in coatings, inks, adhesives, composite molding and other industries. It can be stably stored at room temperature with various types of polymers without the need for separate can packaging.
