UV nail polish system material application recommendation

1.1 Sealing resin

     Trust-7136B       trifunctional polyurethane acrylate, the fastest curing, high hardness, good alcohol resistance. Suitable for low energy curing with                                          405nm or 395nnm light source, used as main resin with thiol curing agent, or with methoxy monomers can be used in mercapto-free                                      sealant, achieving 60 seconds fast curing. The coating is dry, tough, full of gloss, and excellent storage stability.

     Trust-7135        is a two-functional polyurethane acrylate with fast curing, good toughness, pure color and no yellowing. When used with a mercaptan                                    curing agent, it can be cured in 60 seconds under a 405nm light source with low energy. When used with a methoxy monomer, it can                                      be cured in 60 seconds under a 395nm light source. It has low heat release, small volume shrinkage, low odor, and a tough coating. It                                    is the best choice for sealing resin.

1.2 Middle coating color glue resin

     Trust 7081       is a two-functional polyurethane acrylate with moderate curing speed, good pigment wetting and excellent intercoat adhesion. It is                                         suitable for color-adding midcoat.

1.3 Primer resin

      Trust-7005     is a two-functional polyurethane acrylate, with flexible coating, small curing shrinkage and good adhesion. It has the purest resin                                          color and odor.

1.4 One-step color glue resin

      Trust-7089     is a two-functional polyurethane acrylate with fast curing and excellent adhesion, and good color development. It can be used in                                          transparent sealing layer and color-added one-step glue application. It is suitable for long-wave low-energy light source curing.

2.1 Sealing layer application

       AM-318        monomer ACMO acrylic morpholine, the advantages are fast curing and high hardness, the disadvantage is that it has a little yellowing                               during curing, especially in white system, the monomer is water-soluble.

       FM-362        methoxyacrylate monomer has the advantages of obvious antioxidant and polymerization inhibition effect, good surface drying, low                                     viscosity and strong dilution ability. The disadvantage is that the price is relatively high.
