Thermal Stable Cationic Photoinitiator
This product is a triarylsulfonium salt photoinitiator. Because the sulfur atom of triarylsulfonium salt can be partially conjugated with three aromatic rings, the positive charge is dispersed, and can be cracked after light excitation to produce polymerization active species.
Triarylsulfonium salts have very good thermal stability and will not decompose when heated to 300°C, nor will they initiate polymerization when mixed with monomers and heated. It has the characteristics of fast curing speed, no yellowing, no migration, no odor, temperature resistance, and good deep curing. The absorption wavelength is 290nm, which combines high performance and economy. Used in cationic curing transparent coatings , adhesives, LED packaging, inks and other fields.
Photoinitiator products in an environment not lower than 25°C. As the use temperature continues to increase, even if it is an increase of 5°C, The environment and curing reaction efficiency will be significantly improved.
