Methoxyacrylate UV monomer is a chemical monomer with ultraviolet (UV) curing properties. Products are typically supplied in liquid form for mixing with other ingredients in paints, inks, adhesives, coatings and other applications. It exhibits excellent adhesion and is able to bond firmly to a variety of surfaces, making it particularly suitable for hardware and metal applications. FM-360 is low-volatility and low-irritation, environmentally friendly and safe.

 

The extremely low volume shrinkage of FM-360 means that almost no stress is formed during the curing process, thereby improving the stability and durability of the coating. It also performs well in terms of hydrolysis properties. The product can be used to prepare protective coatings for electronic components, semiconductor devices and displays, providing chemical resistance and insulation properties. In optical applications, FM-360 can be used to prepare various optical coatings, such as anti-reflective coatings, lens coatings and optical filters.
