Polyurethane Acrylate UV Resin T-7333
T-7333 resin is a very special polyurethane acrylate resin with a wide range of bonding applicability. Strong initial adhesion, no yellowing, moderate curing. Has good temperature resistance and hydrolysis resistance. Recommended for applications in the field of UV pressure-sensitive adhesives, which can provide good initial adhesion and cohesion. The shrinkage rate is extremely low and will not cause deformation or curling when bonding film materials. The film-forming water is white and colorless, with good light transmittance. Excellent pressure sensitivity, repeated use will not reduce the adhesive viscosity. It is also effective for bonding metal, glass, oxidized metal coatings and even various low-polarity plastic films.
T-7333UV pressure-sensitive adhesive main resin is used in self-adhesive printing, medical and hygienic tapes, industrial adhesives and electronic and electrical applications. In UV coating applications, T-7333 can be used in coating formulas to improve the adhesion and water resistance of plastic substrates, and in vacuum coating formulas to improve the interlayer adhesion to metal coatings. Provides enhanced adhesion and reduced volume shrinkage in UV printing ink applications. Improve flexibility and hydrolysis resistance.
