Pressure Sensitive Water Resistant UV Resin

T-7001 is a high-adhesion UV resin suitable for lamination, lamination, and bonding applications. Low Tg, no yellowing, moderate cure. It has good resistance to heat, humidity and hydrolysis. As a UV pressure-sensitive adhesive, it has good cohesion and initial viscosity. Curing under oxygen-free conditions such as lamination maintains excellent adhesion and softness. Small volume shrinkage, no edge warping, good hydrolysis resistance, no whitening or degumming after aging test, and stable adhesion and transparency can be maintained.

T-7001 resin provides excellent hydrolysis resistance and good initial tack in UV glue formulations, with strong cohesion, high flexibility and low shrinkage. T-7001 is recommended for vacuum electroplating primers in UV coating applications. It maintains excellent adhesion to the coating and substrate, has good water boiling resistance, and has good interlayer adhesion. It can be directly combined with the topcoat without the need for a mid-coat to achieve excellent vibration and wear resistance testing. T-7001 is used in the field of UV ink to reduce volume shrinkage without losing water resistance and chemical resistance. High transparency, suitable for various materials such as optical display films and IMD process printing of electrical panels.

T-7001 is used in optical display films
