Polyurethane acrylate UV resin T-7128
T-7128 resin is recommended for use on surfaces of organic and inorganic materials that are difficult to adhere to, such as glass, ceramics, and metals. With a low acid value, no pre-treatment is required in the fields of stainless steel, anodizing, water chromium plating, float, tempered glass, crystal glass, ITO conductive film, PCB circuit boards, vacuum plating of various metal topcoats, etc. Not only does it have excellent adhesion, but it also has strong scratch resistance. It has good resistance to normal temperature water and boiling water, and has extremely low shrinkage rate. It has a very high double bond conversion rate and can still maintain excellent toughness and adhesion after vacuum evaporation or boiling. It can be directly used in surface decorative coatings, vacuum coatings, inks and adhesives on glass, ceramics, various metals, etc. without adding any additives.
T-7128 is used as a UV adhesive for organic and inorganic materials such as glass and metal. It can provide the most ideal bonding strength and water resistance. It does not contain monomers, has no irritating odor, and has fast curing and low shrinkage. In UV coating applications, T-7128 is used as the main resin of vacuum electroplating UV primer for glass packaging products. It has the best adhesion performance and excellent water boiling resistance. In UV ink applications, T-7128 is used in UV screen printing inks for organic and inorganic materials to enhance adhesion properties. Roller coating or offset printing ink for metal printing has excellent results in cooking resistance and toughness impact testing.
