Chemical Resistant Cationic Hybrid UV Resin

U-9200 resin is a UV resin with a mixed system of cations and free radicals. It exhibits excellent adhesion properties and is especially suitable for organic and inorganic material surfaces that are difficult to adhere to, such as glass, ceramics and metals. The resin has high hardness and excellent chemical resistance. When mixed with cationic photoinitiators of sulfonium salts and iodonium salts, it can be used in UV coatings, inks, special adhesives that require low shrinkage and high refractive index, UV dual-cured optical fiber coatings, and electronic inks. Excellent results have been demonstrated in other fields.

U-9200 resin is a key component of UV adhesives and has excellent bonding properties. The resin can be used to bond some opaque materials and exhibits significant post-cure properties.
