Low viscosity and high toughness cationic hybrid UV resin U-9100B
U-9100B is used as the main resin in UV optical adhesives and electronic packaging adhesives. It can provide excellent bonding performance, insulation and arc resistance. Low viscosity, good fluidity, high refractive index, good heat and humidity resistance, aging resistance, and no yellowing. In UV coating applications, U-9100B has low film thickness and high performance, and is suitable for optical fiber coating. Film processing, low viscosity solvent-free spraying, hardening, hydrophobic, oleophobic and other special coating carrier resins. In 3D printing applications, U-9100B is used as the main resin for SLA industrial-grade 3D printing. It has low shrinkage, high molding accuracy, no yellowing, and is suitable for 355nm laser light sources. 25-100um film thickness, rapid curing with low exposure, and molding modulus with ABS-like plastic characteristics.
