U-9100A resin is a cationic and free radical hybrid system UV resin. It has the characteristics of the lowest viscosity and the fastest curing speed, and can be fully cured under 300-400mj energy. With suitable photosensitizers and initiators, it can be used for LED long-wave light source curing, and has good results in thin film printing coatings, inks, UV inkjet printing, 3D printing and molding and other fields.

U-9100A is used as the main resin in UV optical adhesives and electronic packaging adhesives, with good insulation and arc resistance. Low viscosity, good fluidity, high refractive index, good heat and humidity resistance, aging resistance, and no yellowing. In UV coating applications, U-9100A has low film thickness and high performance, and is suitable for optical fiber coatings. Low viscosity solvent-free spraying, hardening, hydrophobic, oleophobic and other special coating carrier resins have lower viscosity and higher hardness and protective functions. In 3D printing applications, U-9100A is used in SLA industrial-grade 3D printing main body resin. It has high molding accuracy, no yellowing, and is suitable for 355nm laser light sources. 25-100um film thickness, rapid curing with low exposure, and molding modulus with ABS-like plastic characteristics.

Low viscosity cationic hybrid UV resin U-9100B

 

U-9100B resin is a cationic and free radical hybrid system UV resin with extremely low viscosity and faster curing speed than U-9210. It is especially suitable for curing coatings less than 5um. High flexibility, excellent outdoor weather resistance, and excellent water and chemical resistance under extremely low film thickness conditions. It can be fully cured under the energy of 400-600mj. After being mixed with sulfonium salt and iodonium salt cationic photoinitiators, it can be used in thin film printing coatings and inks, special adhesives that require extremely low shrinkage and high refractive index, and have good results in 3D printing and molding and other fields.

Low Viscosity Cationic Hybrid UV Resin U-9103

 

U-9103 is a cationic hybrid system UV resin, with the lowest viscosity (<20cps) and very excellent curing speed. It has great performance advantages in the inkjet printing industry. The coating has good adhesion and can be attached to the surface of various organic or inorganic materials without any treatment. Good hardness and chemical resistance, no need to add protective coating. The temperature resistance is better than that of free radical curing system, and it is more suitable for circuit printing applications in the electronics industry. Because of its ultra-low viscosity, it can provide very fine printing accuracy, which is a very critical feature in some demanding applications.

U-9103 resin can be used as the main resin of solvent-free coatings, or as an additive resin to replace monomers and be used to reduce viscosity and dilute. In UV inkjet applications, U-9103 is recommended for flat graphics and text printing on various materials, conductive circuit printing, and high-precision 3D molding printing. U-9103 is used in the field of UV iron printing ink to provide protection, insulation, anti-etching and other functions for metal nameplates, copper-clad laminates, metal plating and other surfaces.
