High Hardness Cationic Hybrid UV Resin U-9101

U-9101 resin is a cationic hybrid system UV resin with the characteristics of low viscosity, high hardness and fast reaction curing. It is usually used in organic polymer material coatings or inorganic materials in combination with other resins. Under LED low-energy long-wave curing conditions, the curing efficiency can be significantly improved, and it has excellent water resistance and chemical resistance.

U-9101 resin is recommended for plastic bonding and can be used with vinyl monomers such as VM-3530 to improve the erosion ability of polymer materials to achieve high bonding strength. Or it can be used in conjunction with U-9310 resin to bond inorganic materials to improve curing efficiency and initial bonding strength. It can pass the stringent double 85 (1000h) test after full cross-linking reaction. U-9101 has low viscosity and high reaction speed in UV coating applications, and is suitable for solvent-free UV coating products. Spread coating or roller coating of thin film materials, solvent-free industrial material coating, low film thickness and oxygen-free polymerization inhibition. Under LED light source and high-speed printing and curing conditions, the curing efficiency of cationic UV ink is improved and the chemical resistance is improved. Improve the scratch resistance of glass and metal UV ink.
