Application:
T-6140 resin is an innovative multifunctional fluorine-modified acrylate UV-curable resin with breakthrough material properties and broad application prospects. Through the unique fluorine element molecular structure design, this product achieves an ultra-low refractive index range of 1.38-1.42, while maintaining an ultra-low viscosity of less than 200mPa·s (25℃), showing excellent processing performance among similar products. Its highly cross-linked three-dimensional network structure gives the material excellent mechanical strength and weather resistance, and the cross-linking density can reach more than 90%.
The resin has outstanding performance in interface bonding performance, and can achieve broad-spectrum adhesion to a variety of substrates such as glass (adhesion ≥ 4B), polycarbonate (PC), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), etc., and is suitable for the composite processing needs of heterogeneous materials such as metals and ceramics. In terms of light curing efficiency, the use of 380-420nm LED low-energy light source can achieve fast curing in seconds (<3s@1000mJ/cm²), and the surface curing degree is more than 95%, effectively avoiding the surface stickiness caused by oxygen inhibition.
Its core application value is reflected in the improvement of photoelectric conversion efficiency: in the field of optical display, as an anti-reflection film material, it can increase the transmittance by 2-3%; in the optical fiber communication industry, as a secondary coating material, it can reduce signal loss by 0.2dB/km; in the field of photovoltaic modules, as an anti-reflective coating, it can increase the conversion efficiency of solar cells by 0.5-0.8%. The material has passed international environmental certifications such as RoHS and REACH, and has shown great potential in emerging fields such as flexible display substrate protection, micro-optical component molding, and high-precision photoresist modification, providing key material solutions for strategic industries such as 5G communications, new energy, AR/VR, etc.

APPLICATION
UV Adhesive: Due to its fluorine-containing structure, T-6140 resin has the characteristics of low surface tension, good wetting and leveling, good heat resistance, low refractive index, etc. It also has excellent performance in weather resistance, chemical resistance, high corrosion resistance, etc.
UV coating: T-6140 resin is recommended for functional films with low refractive index requirements and main resins used in the field of optical materials. It is suitable for special optical fiber coatings such as nanoimprinting and medical treatment, anti-reflection coatings, optical anti-reflection films, etc.

INTERMISCIBILITY
Monomer: It is miscible with all kinds of conventional monomers. The resin itself has a low viscosity. Try to reduce the amount of monomer used to avoid increasing the gloss.
Solvent: It is miscible with esters, ketones, or aromatic hydrocarbon solvents. It cannot be dissolved in a single alcohol solvent, but is soluble in a mixed solvent containing alcohol and ether.
Polymer: It is well compatible with polyester, epoxy, polyurethane, phosphate and acrylate to meet the needs of formulation.
