Polyester Acrylate UV Resin T-7133
T-7133 resin is recommended for use on the surfaces of organic polymers and inorganic materials that are difficult to adhere to, such as glass, ceramics, metals, PET, PMMA, etc. The relatively slow reaction speed ensures a very high double bond conversion rate, and the cured coating film has excellent sealing performance and hardness. Glass UV products have outstanding performance in the test of resistance to immersion in normal temperature water or alcohol mixture, and their acid and alkali resistance is almost comparable to that of two-component EP coatings. It has good bonding force with vacuum coating and still ensures good adhesion after applying UV electroplating topcoat. As the main resin of the free radical curing system, it is used in special requirements for high value-added products in the fields of coatings, inks, and adhesives.
In the application of UV ink, T-7133 resin is used as the main resin in glass, metal bonding, colored crystal decorative glass, and ceramic metal screen printing ink. In UV coating applications, T-7133 resin can provide excellent water-resistant protection in glass electroplating spraying, glazed ceramic spraying, metal surface roller coating or curtain coating primer. Used in coating of PET, PBT, PA+GF, and other organic high-polymer synthetic materials.
