Heat-Resistant Mercaptan Curing Agent
As a low-temperature curing agent, mercaptan curing agent can be cured at 0 to -10 degrees. It requires tertiary amine for catalysis to be reactive. This product has a high glass transition temperature, which means it has excellent high temperature resistance. Low-grade mercaptans generally have an unpleasant odor and are toxic. Thiol thiol curing agent has a lower odor than conventional PEMP mercaptans and is more environmentally friendly. Heat-resistant mercaptan curing agents generally exhibit good electrical insulation properties and are suitable for use in electronic and electrical applications to ensure the stability of electronic components.
In the UV curing glue, Thiol sulfur-based compounds are used in light-curing nail polish, photoresist, and 3D printing photosensitive resin. The high film thickness can be quickly cured with low energy. It can adapt to 415nm and 365nm wavelength LED light sources, high-pressure mercury lamps, lasers and other conditions, and has excellent surface dryness. Good compatibility with the host resin, transparent and odorless.
As for the epoxy curing agent, this product can be used as a DMP accelerator in the application of two-component epoxy curing quick-drying adhesives and can be cured at temperatures below -20°C for 1-5 minutes.

F&Q
F: Where is the heat resistance of the product reflected and what are its applications?
Q: The reason why the product has better heat resistance is because it has a multi-branched structure. This type of curing agent can effectively repair cracks in ballastless tracks and repair mortar defects in ballastless tracks.
