Low Viscosity Thiol Curing Agent

Low-viscosity thiol curing agents are a special type of chemical typically used to react with thiol groups (sulfur-containing organic compounds) to form strong polymers or composites. This type of curing agent is known for its relatively low viscosity. When coated or impregnated onto the surface, this product can better penetrate into tiny pores and irregular surfaces, improving the adhesion between the cured product and the substrate. Low viscosity mercaptan curing agents are widely used in sealing, adhesives, coatings, composites, electronic packaging, automotive, construction and industrial applications.

In UV curing ink applications, UV offset printing, gravure, roller coating and other low film thickness, low energy, fast printing process applications can increase the curing rate, and the coating surface is dry and non-adhesive. Improve anti-yellowing properties and enhance adhesion to metal, glass, and polymer materials.

Q: Used as a room temperature or low temperature rapid curing agent for epoxy resin adhesives. The curing condition is room temperature/5min. It can also be used as an accelerator for amines or low molecular weight polyamide curing agents.

F: Can this product be used under extreme conditions?

Q: Even in low temperature (-20℃-0℃) and humid environments, adding accelerator DMP-30 can cure epoxy resin.
