High Cure Cationic Thermal Initiator

CTI-300 is a closed iodonium antimonate cationic initiator with low deblocking temperature, high solubility and high curing reaction activity for epoxy compounds. It can be used as an effective supplement to photocuring initiators. In the electronic packaging, 3D printing, epoxy composite molding and other industries, it is used as a cross-linking agent for post-curing reactions to make the final curing of the main resin more complete, the cured film does not turn yellow, and there is no free acid residue.

In electronics manufacturing, these initiators can be used to prepare high-temperature adhesives and encapsulants, such as electronic component packaging. In automotive manufacturing, high-cure cationic thermal initiators are used in automotive painting, sealing, adhesive and composite applications to provide excellent performance.
