Monofunctional Acrylic UV Monomer
Monofunctional acrylate monomers are a class of versatile chemicals with a number of outstanding properties. They have a relatively high refractive index of 1.516, making them very useful in optical fields and coating applications. These monomers have low odor and low skin irritation, ensuring a safer and more comfortable experience during use.
Acrylate monomers also have good film-forming properties, helping to form strong coatings and improve the wear resistance of the coating. They exhibit good water resistance underwater and are suitable for applications in environments requiring liquids and humidity. Acrylate monomers have a good price/performance ratio and are relatively economical chemical raw materials.
These monomers are balanced in all aspects of performance, including cure speed, glass transition temperature, and dilution capabilities. They are ideal for preparing inks, adhesives and other products. Whether in the printing industry, packaging or general industrial applications, acrylate monomers play an important role and provide a stable and efficient chemical basis.

Acrylic UV monomer
F&Q
F: What are the precautions when using this type of product?
Q: In order to ensure sufficient cross-linking degree and curing speed, it must be used in combination with multi-functional monomers. Due to the low molecular weight of monofunctional acrylate UV monomers, they are highly toxic, smelly and flammable. Should be used in a cool, ventilated area. Widely used in radiation curing systems.
