INTRODUTION
N-1680 nano-zirconia sol is a transparent dispersion of high-content nano-level zirconium oxide, with high refractive index (1.68), low viscosity (<500 mPa·s) and excellent optical transparency. Its nanoparticle size is 5-10 nm (TEM determination), and it is prepared by sol-gel method combined with azeotropic distillation process to ensure that the crystal structure is a metastable tetragonal phase with excellent dispersibility and chemical stability. This product is widely used in optical display films, UV coatings, adhesives and functional ceramics.

Application Areas
1. Optical display film materials
As the core component of brightness enhancement film and anti-reflection film, N-1680 can increase the refractive index of the coating to above 1.68, significantly enhancing the transmittance and contrast of the LCD screen. Its nanoparticles can tightly fill the gaps in the coating to form a complete heat insulation layer, which is suitable for flexible display devices.
2. UV curing coatings
Fiber optic coatings: After curing, the refractive index of the paint film matches the core layer of the optical fiber (1.46-1.62), the adhesion reaches 5B (ASTM D3359), and the hydrolysis resistance is excellent (no peeling for 1000 hours).
High refractive index film: After compounding with acrylic resin, it is suitable for lens coating and display panels.
3. UV adhesives
In optical lens bonding, N-1680 sol supports oxygen-free curing to avoid the generation of interface bubbles. It is suitable for micro camera modules and AR/VR optical component packaging.
4. Polymer composites
It has good compatibility with resins such as polyester, epoxy, and polyurethane, and can improve the hardness and heat resistance of composite materials.

Processing adaptability:
